In Person Teen Classroom Driving Education

Back by popular demand! Do you feel like you (or your child) learns better with in-person instruction? DRDS is officially Bringing the VDOT required teen license education back to our brand new, state of the art classroom! This 30-hour program includes all necessary classroom work required to earn your Virginia driving license. This course is comprised of 8 separate 4 hour long classes. The classes include components about alcohol safety, drug abuse awareness, aggressive driving, distracted driving, pedestrian and bicycle safety, handicapped parking, fuel efficient driving practices, motorcycle awareness, organ and tissue donation awareness, and much more. 

NOTE: This course MUST be paired with the 90 Minute Parent/Teen presentation to satisfy all Virginia Licensing requirements. (See Parent/Teen Presentation listing for more details.)

Please be sure to book >30 days in advance. If it is less than 30 days before the designated time slot, please contact DRDS directly for availability. (An additional "late reservation fee" may be applied.)

(Keeping COVID-19 guidelines in mind, to provide the best experience possible DRDS requires a minimum of 10 reservations per course. there will be multiple offerings of this course. If there are not enough students signed up for an offered time slot, a member from DRDS will contact you directly to allow you to re-book with no additional re-booking fee.)
