An online version of the class for individuals who failed their written Virginia permit test three times (AKA Manual Course.) This covers all of the material required to confidently retake the test. 



Upon completion, it takes our system 24-48 hours to issue your certificate. The certificate will be automatically emailed to your email on file. If you need the certificate faster, a fee of $20 will be applied for expedited service.
